Attention legal fashionisti – the Annual Intellectual Property in the Fashion Industry Conference is now taking bookings for its 2013 conference. Now in its ninth year, this one-day conference is a must for anyone working in the realm of fashion law. The event is chaired by the IP Kat himself, Jeremy Philips, and will host leading industry experts including Simon Clark, head of Berwin Leighton Paisner’s Intellectual Property Group, Eleonora Rosati, a research associate at the University of Cambridge and Roy Crozier, Joint Head of Intellectual Property at Clarke Willmott LLP.
